Delete your Clike account

You can request the deletion of your Clike account and your personal data at any time. This page explains how to proceed, what happens next and the processing time. Deletion is permanent.
How to delete your account
From the app
You can delete your account directly in Clike. Open the app, then go to: Settings › Account › Delete my account. Follow the confirmation steps to finalize deletion. This action is irreversible.
By email (inaccessible account)
If you can no longer access your account, send an email to zelumigroup@gmail.com. You must provide the email address associated with your Clike account so we can verify your request. Include "Account deletion" in the subject line.
After a deletion request
Once your request is received and verified:
- the user account is permanently deleted or deactivated;
- personal information associated with the account is deleted or anonymized;
- posts, photos, videos, Clips, Moments, comments and other content associated with the account are deleted or anonymized where possible;
- data that must be retained temporarily for legal, security, fraud prevention, moderation or dispute resolution reasons may be kept for the necessary period;
- once retention obligations end, this data is deleted or anonymized.
Processing time
Deletion requests are processed within a reasonable time, up to a maximum of 30 days from receipt and verification of your request. If additional information is needed, this period may be extended; we will inform you.
A permanent deletion
Deleting your account is permanent and results in the loss of your posts, conversations, media, subscriptions, preferences and other associated data. This action cannot be undone. If you change your mind, you will need to create a new account.
